The following names are on our cows:- "the blue cow" becaue she is of a greyish blue colour. "Cocked Horn" because she has very straight cocked horns. "Nell Tobin" because she was purchased from a person named Nell Tobin. "The Black Cow" thus called because she is black. "Lough Solus" because she was bought in Lough Solus.
