    The old people go there on that date in small groups, to pray to Saint Leonard and they also recite the “Rosary” in Irish.
    I have heard an old man say, that long ago, a poor man was cast into prison in Waterford.
    He was continually praying to Saint Leonard, to take him out of prison, as he had a great belief in that saint.
