    The usual travellers around this place are the Delaneys, O Conners, and Donovans.
    These people are seen around here before the fairs of Callan and Kilkenny and Thomastown.
    All these old travelling folk can be see camping out in lonely old places or by the side of the roads.
    Some of them are very poor especially those that buy drink for the alms receive.
    The Gypsies can make buckets, brushes,
