    Sirs, Take notice that on Sunday night the 12th of August, or early on Monday morning...

    Sirs, Take notice that on Sunday night the 12th of August, or early on Monday morning of the 13th August, a house the property of Margaret and Allen Pollock was maliciously set fire to and totally consumed along with two Bed Steads value £60 in the townland of Keeloguesbeg, Parish of Ballinakill, Baroney of Ballymoe and County of Galway. And take notice it is the intention of said Margaret and Allen Pollock to apply to have the said sum of £60- levied off the County at the next assizes pursuant to the Act provided for same.
    To the church wardens of Ballinakill Parish. The clerk of petty sessions Ballymoe. The secretary of the grand jury and all whom it may concern.
