    day Lanty was found dead - shot on his own Ranch.
    Lanty ____ informs to Dublin Castle.
    Lanty ____ gets credit for giving all information as to what was said and done at the meetings of the Fenians. It is said, that he informed, there were lots drawn at one of those meetings as to who would shoot Y _____ and that the lot fell to McH _____
    On a cold winter's night the police lay outside the house of the man nemtioned by Lanty ____ several of the police on watch that night took cold and died in the Castlerea Workhouse.
    McH ____ the man mentioned by Lanty ____ was shadowed by the Police all his life.
    It has come down, that the said McH ____ shrank from shooting, lost nerve and promised another man T ____ to do the deed, T ____ did the deed, but when the shooting was carried out McH ____ did not keep his word. He gave only £5 to T ____ for doing the deed.
