    The horses are taken to the nearest forge to get shod. In Winter the horses are clipped.
    "Tuk! Tuk!" is called to the hens when they are going to be fed. 'Wheet Wheet' is called to the ducks. 'pee, pee' is called to the turkeys 'Woa' is called to the horses when they are to stop. 'How How' is called to the cows and 'hurch hurch' is called to the pigs.
    It is customary for the people of this district to go to their neighbours for an exchange of a setting of eggs.
