Wash, peel and grate the new potatoes. Wring the grated potatoes tightly in a cloth. Mix what is left with 1/3 of boiled potatoes mashed. Roll out the above and cook in a greased pan like fadge. - Bauxty Dumplings
Wash, peel and grate the new potatoes. Wring the grated potatoes tightly in a cloth. Mix what is left with 1/3 of boiled potatoes mashed. Add flour and salt and shape into dumplings. Plunge in boiling water and it for twenty minutes.
Note. Use more flour in making dumplings than in making bread.
