Coole is on the mountainside, not far from sweet Athea,

And so they meet so sharp and sweet in lovely Coole West.

The boys of Coole have joined the Queen with many a long day,
And lter on some more are gone from the village of Athea,
When they will come home they'll cheer their own dear parents hearts that are cold,
They will strip off the english red and dress in green and gold.
