When he was coming home from Dublin, he was walking along with his horse; and his horse and cart were amongst a drove of other carts. As he was walking along he found the large sum of money.
When he got it, he was greatly taken up with it, and he was standing examining it, and all the carts and horses went on. He went after them, and they were all stopped outside the first public house they got. When he got there he could not see any sign of his horse or cart, and he never got or saw it again. So in this instance that fortune came true.
