    the jack daw would go into Crowcocks of Robinstown and take cinders from the fire and put them in the hallow of the tree. So that when the young would be able to climb up to the top. Every year she would throw out the old cinders and get more. She also would go into Crowcocks and fan herself in the ashes. She was a pet jack-daw.

  2. St Bridget.
    There is a well in Neilstown near Navan and St Bridget when wandering about the townland is supposed to have taken a drink out of it. By doing so the print of her fingers and knee were marked on the stone steps going down to the well.
