mad, so he was sent to an asylum where he stayed for a month. After a month he gave up acting queer and the people in the asylum thought he was all right, so they asked him where did he put all the money he had stolen. But he said that he forgot everything which had happened in the last seven months, which was the time he was supposed to be mad. The police believed that he could not remember so they looked in every place that they thought he might have hidden the money, but no matter how they looked they could not get it. When he was released the man went straight to the cave, but another man who suspected him followed him and saw him getting into the cave, so he rushed in upon the man who stole the money and in the fight which followed killed him. The murderer then went to get the money but when he went further into the cave two hands came out and choked him to death. The ghost of the robber is supposed to guard the treasure and no one ever tries to get it. The man is supposed to have hidden about two thousand pounds in the cave, which is the money he got for the clothes and money he stole.
