On the gable end of the Protestant Church in Tuamgraney which is one of the oldest stone buildings in Munster there is a figure of a man's head. Some people say it is the figure of Martin Luther's. This church was a Catholic and there were Monks living in it but the Monks were murdered by the Protestants and it is said that their blood flowed into a little stream that is flowing by the Church.- Bailitheoir
