  1. The district in which I live is called. There is a place four or five miles from where I lived called the Three Doons. At the present day there are three mounds there and a stream running between them. The streams run into the Araglen river at Seemocuda. It is said that Willie Brennan the highwayman hid his money in the Three Doons which are in the townland of Flemings town. The streams are about three hundred yards long before they join together.
