About two miles from Dromahair in Kilcoosey there is a Lough called the "Blind Lough".

    (continued from previous page)
Times in the air and whistled each time. He then rolled back to the Lough and immediately hundreds of eels were seen on top of the water and then all together they let one great loud whistle which was heard for miles around. Then they all disappeared and there was never an eel seen in that lake since.
