  2. One night my father and Dan McGarry were coming from card playing and when they came near Clooneagh School they thought it was being knocked by the noises they heard. When they came opposite the gate a big barrel rolled out in front of them and would not let them by. Dan took a pack of cards out of his pocket and threw them into the ditch. Then the barrel disappeared and they got home.
