On each stone are several fingerprints. People tell tales of these remarkable stones. They say that a giant is buries there. Others say that long ago it was thrown there by a giant. It stands about seven feet high and the three smaller ones are about three feet high. To the south east of my house is a large bog and here wild duck and grouse abound. Every Sunday men come from Killarney and other places fowling in the bog. The land is not very hilly but it is good and fruitful.
