    Clouds. When the clouds are going to the north it is a sign of bad weather and when they are going to the south it is a sign of good weather.
    When worms are seen creeping along the road it is the sign of rain.
    When greenworms fall off the trees it is a sign of fine weather.
    When smoke goes up straight from chimneys the day is going to be fine.
    When smoke blows sideways there is going to be rain.
    When smoke blows down the chimney there is going to be plenty of rain.
