- There once lived a tailor who used to make very bad clothes so he usen't to do much trade. His clothes got worse and at last he had to close down for nobody gave him any clothes to make. He had to sell his things to pay the rent. So he said to himself that it would be better to get work somewhere. One fine morning he started off and brought a little money with him. He was walking for the whole day but he got no work. And at last when night was coming he came to a farm and asked the farmer could he sleep there. The farmer said that he'd give him his supper and let him sleep in the house but he would have to work the next day. The tailor said all right. Next morning he got up and took his breakfast and after he had his breakfast finished the farmer(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
