There is a rock in Maghamore where the priests used to say Mass in olden times. The green around it is very nice there never grew any heather or weeds on it. About a mile from this place there is another rock in Cruck-Carm.
There is a split in it and it is called the split rock. The Danes used to go into it in old times. There is another rock called Crega Skulks and there is a well there called ploug. In Cleagh there is a rock in which the people used to put barley in olden times with a mell.
