  1. They used cure cows long ago by a charm called Snaidhm na Péiste. I dont know the words of it. But there was a man in Baile na Sagart that had the charm.
    He'd get a piece of córd and put sevral knots in it, and then he'd hold it over the cow and say the words; then he'd draw the cord and all the knots would come out of it , and the cow would be all right.
