  1. There was a man wan time out in Camross and wan time he sold a cow at the fair of Taghmon to another man.
    They made the bargain alright and the man paid him.
    "Now" says he, "is this cow alright every way?"
    "Oh be god she is" says he "the only fault she has is that she sucks herself."
    "Oh I'll cure that" says the man.
    "You just give me back the money I paid you over her back, and I'll give it back to you under her belly and that will cure her"
    The man did so. He gave him back the money over the cow's back.
    As soon as the man got back his money:
    "Take away now your ould sucking cow bedamned with you" says he.
