    Siar an oidhche bhí gach a raibh d'airgead aige caithe ar na cártaí agus gan faic buaidhte . Ní raibh sé sásta gan leath dá chuid airgid a leuadhchaint thar n-ais arís ar a gcuid is luga.
    Bhí sé ag tarrach ar amh mhairbh na h-oidhche anois agus ní stadhfad sé do na cártaí. Ar deire d'eirigh an bórd agus thuit na cártaí ar an dtalamh agus sloghad iad.
