The land is heavy and hilly. The ash tree is most plentiful. The townland is divided from other townlands by a small river. The fences are made of clay and bushes. - The name of my townland is Liscumiskey. My grandfather was born in the townland of Rossnaglough of Dartree. There were nine of a family. My father came to live in the townland of Liscumiskey. He came to buy a farm of land and there was a good house on it. The house were are living in at present is slated and two-storied.
