  1. There was a hedge-school in Ahabrock in a small garden belonging to Dan Sullivan. They used to cut long scalps and leave them dry well. They used to build a small wall and they used put the scalps on the top of That was the seat they had. The roof they had was made of rods. The turf they had was called Móin Uaite. The writing pens they had were quills. The books they had were called "Sequel No. 1". They used a turnip as the map of the world.
    There was a Hedge-school in Eyeries also.
