    machinery that worked this mill but the axle of the water wheel in side the wall which used to drive the machinery. This wheel, which is made of iron, is almost intact but the cogs which were made of timber could be seen up to a couple of years ago and some at the present day. At the time this mill was working there were acres of wheat, oats, and barley grown by all the local farmers.
