  1. The land lord that was over this estate was Mr Gradwell. He was a very wicked man. He used to hunt a lot of people out of their house. The first eviction he had was with a man named Brieny Heslin. After eviction Brieny Heslin gave him £200 but he would not let him back as a tenant.
    Gradwell kept his money on him and he was a very poor man. There were six or seven evictions round this district. The people who wre evicted went to America and other countries.
    Mr Clarke was the land agent of this district and Mr Connolly was the herd.
