- We play many games in school. High-gates, colours, loaves, matches and many others. This is the way we play high-gates.
We all join our hands and form a big ring. One girl counts twenty. Who ever "twenty" falls on runs after the girl who counted. When she catches her she in turn counts up to twenty and they repeat what the others did.
This game is great fun. They run in and through (they) the ring trying to catch each other. The bigger the ring the more fun there is as they have a good run.- Collector
