    rest of the churchyards mentioned are round in shape. They are very old and are all raised higher than the surrounding ground.
    Ballyglass is a new graveyard about half a mile from Mullingar. It is level. In Portloman, Walshestown there is a vault. The remains of old monasteries are in Hopestown. There are also ruins of old Churches in Kenny and Lynn.
