    locality wearing suits of that cloth. Their names were Peter Carney and John Eivers.
    The following are implements the tailor used at his work needles, thread, a string thread was used for the last sewing and it was called "housewife" thread. He also used a tape for measuring, a "goose" for pressing the clothes, a lapboard on which the clothes were left for pressing. Some tailors used a shears and others used a scissors.
