in she said to the wolf whom she thought was the grandmother, grandma what big eyes you have. The better to see you my dear, and grandma what big ears you have got. The better to hear you my dear, and grandma what big nose you have got. The better to smell you my dear, and grandma what big mouth you have got. The better to eat you my dear. With that the wolf ate the little girl. In a few minutes a man was passing by. He heard the wolf inside. He ran in and lifted up an axe, hit the wolf and killed him. He then opened him and what did he find inside but the woman and girl and they alive in the wolf. The man buried the wolf. Then he took the little girl by the hand and brought her home to her father and mother. The little girls parents were very thankful and grateful to the man for finding their daughter. For if that man had not to pass the woman and girl would never be got.
