- Hidden Treasure
A lane goes in by Drumully School from the Cavan-Clones main road. About ten perches up the lane one meets a wooden gate to the right hand side.
Inside the gate we find a hill and in this hill a black-thorn tree grows. It is believed that the fairies buried a crock of gold under this tree.
It is said that nine lives will be lost before it can be found.- Collector
