    into the room when he was eating his dinner and asked him what kind of meat it was, but the Irishman did not know because he never ate a fox before so all he did was to look up at the farmer as he said "As long as the fox went he was caught at last" meaning himself but the farmer thought that he knew it was a fox, and he said "Well it is equal, it is a fox". "I knew it was", said the Irishman when he saw that he had fooled the farmer and in this way he won the £10.
