  1. [Drawing] - Daisy-chain
    As the children long ago never saw towns in which to see toys, so they made toys from wood, card-board, and other things at home.
    The girls made daisy chain for using as necklaces.
    The way they made them was, a bunch of flowers were picked, then one flower was holed in the stem usually with the thumb-nails, then another flower was put into the hole and another hole made in that stem.
