   When he went to where the gold was he dug out seven crocks. He took one of them home. The next week he went back for another one but no gold was to be seen. Someone had hid it in another place nearby. A man named Connolly found it there but did not take it.

2. A Ghost Story

   

   Roinn Roinn Postáil

   One time the sexton of Ture Chapel was cleaning the church. Some people were inside praying. About dark after the people had left the the sexton locked the door. The sexton thought the whole were out of the church but a girl who was up at the altar never saw him locking the door.
   About midnight from the light of the moon through the window she saw a priest in vestments coming out on the altar. He turned round and asked "Is there anyone to serve mass". The girl did not speak but the next day she told Father McAdam.
   The next night at the same time Fr. McAdam came and stayed in the church. At twelve oclock the ghost came again and asked the same question. Father
