- There is a hill in the town land of Dooskey. Old people say that St. Patrick lived on that hill and left the track of his knees and his two elbows. There is a cure in the well.
- There is a well near Annalore. People say that a priest named Father Mulligan was drowned in it by some non- Catholics. It is said that there is a curse in it.
- Some years ago there was a well in a tree near Aghabog Chapel. This well cured warts. The tree is now cut down.
