Next to the Sullivans live the Sweeneys. This family consists of Mr. and Mrs. Sweeny. Mr. Sweeny is almost blind, and gets the Blind Pension of eight shillings a week. You wouldn't like to look at his eyes because they are almost white in colour. Still this man works about his farm and drives his horse to the market.
