Ar an leathanach seo
- We sow a rood of potatoes in our farm and the names of the potatoes we sow are Black-Champions, Kerr's-Pinks and Epicures. The early ones we sow are Epicures, and the late ones are Black-Champions and Kerr's-Pinks. We sow the potatoes, both in drills and ridges, but we sow the most of them in drills because drills are easier kept clean. We dig the garden with a spade and this is the drawing of a spade.
The way we cut the potatoes is, from the top to the end and if it is a big potato we cut it in three parts. It is Daddy that drops the potatoes and he puts manure(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
