  1. Ballycastle is my home town. It is a small village on the coast of north Mayo. It is only nine miles from the historic town of Killala and eighteen miles from Ballina one of the principal towns in Mayo.
    There is some very nice scenery around the village of Ballycastle, both mountain and cliff scenery. There are about five hundred inhabitants in this town.
