  2. There are four holy wells in this parish.
    One in Ballinglen, one in Downpatrick and two in Doonfeenry. The one in Ballinglen is called after St. Brigid, the one in Downpatrick is called after St. Patrick and the two in Doonfeeney are called after St. Gabriel.
