    (17) Story
    "I was just going to do it like the priest's maid" - The original of this saying came in this way. Long ago there was a priest who had a maid that was dilatory at her work and when she was asked if she had done such and such things she would say "I was just going to do it." One day he thought he would prove the honestly of those reply so he said. "Have you washed my books" She replied as usual "No Sir" "But I was just going to do it."
