  1. There is a long tunnel under the ground stretching for almost two miles. One entrance is at [?] of Sandy Hill and the other entrance is in Gourley's garden of Listanna Ballylennon. People say that this was used by the Danes in olden times as a place of hiding. The entrance of Listanna consists of two rooms and a kitchen. People have ventured to go up some distance, but returned after going a little way.
