  1. There are two graveyards in my district. They are both in use. One of them is a very old graveyard and in the middle of it is the ruins of an old monastery built by Saint Patrick. In the ruins there are a great many people buired. The writing and figures are gone off half the tomb-stones. During my search yesterday the oldest one which I could read was one which was erected in 1803 and carven on it was - "Lord have mercy on the soul of Edin Graygh who departed this life June 17th 1803 agd 34. E i o c l e d also his father Biran 111 Graych his son Fraincs." The other graveyard is only in use for a few years and there are a dozen persons buired in it and they were buried in it since 1930.
