    To Cure Toothache
    1. Smoke tobacco.
    2. Put tobacco in the tooth.
    3. Put salt in the tooth.
    4. Put soot in the tooth.
    5. Put bluestone in the tooth.
    6. Put lime in the tooth.
    7. Put sulpher in the tooth.
    8. Put soda in the tooth.
    9. If pain is very severe to touch the tooth with the finger of a corpse will give instant relief.
    10. Light a brown paper under the patient nose. The smoke will kill the pain.
    11. Put a leaf of tobacco into the tooth.
    12. Hot potatoes in a cloth applied to the jaw.
    13. Put water cress in the tooth.
    To Cure Warts
    1. The cure for warts is to get a white worm and tie him to a white-thorn tree. Then as the worm is wearing away your warts will be wearing also.
