    1. To put the child under a goat's front feet and it would get better.
    2. If a man with a white horse went by the house and the woman went out and asked him what cure he had for the whooping cough. Whatever the man would say when it would be given to the children they would get better.
    2. To give a ferret milk and whatever he would leave after him to give it to the child to drink.
    3. To put the child under an ass and give the ass oaten meal to eat and to me a cake with the remains of the oaten meal.
