    Worms.
    People had words written on a badge and if a child had worms they put the badge around its neck and if the child wore this badge for nine day the worms would go.

  2. Warts.
    1. To get a snail and rub it of the wart and then hang it up and as the snail is rotting the wart is going.
    2. To get a match and lit the face of it on the wart before it lights. Then the wart can be taken out
