  1. One day some men set potatoes in a field near a fort. When the crop came up three woman dressed in black were seen coming out of the fort with a sack and filled it with potatoes. The person who saw this rushed off to tell the owner of the field what he had seen. When they came to the field they found none of the crop gone. The next night they lay in wait and the same thing happened. The men followed the women but when the women reached the fort they disappered.
