- (ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)remained in the rock till a few years ago when it was covered in with cement. There was a fish in this well in which there was a cure. Years ago it was believed that the Bolton family took the holy fish from the well and tried to boil it but they failed in doing so. There were pilgrimages to this well when the fish was in it, and when an infirm person went to it in the early hours of the morning he was cured. The holy and Easter water used in Faithlegg chapel are got from this holy well.
