    before I was born."
This man John Naugle of Cornaroy, Drumshanbo, is about 40 or 42 years of age.
The house in which I heard this strange occurrence belongs to a Protestant man named Tom Browne. I forget the name of his townland, but if the experience I had is worth recording I can get the name, and I'll send or give it to you.
Browne lives just a mile and a half outside Drumshanbo on the Carrick road, and he is the only man of the name in the parish of Drumshanbo.
I inquired into the cause of this strange commotion, and I heard that a Protestant man who lived there about 100 years ago cut his throat during an interval in a dance he was giving to his friends.
