Co. Leitrim.There was a poet in Beaghmore. He was born about the year 1896. His name was James McEntire. He wrote several poems. The names of them are;- "The Emigrant Worm", "The Titanic", "The (Branch) Bunch of Shamrocks", "The Celtic Park". He also wrote a poem about two men who had a dispute. This man left Beaghmore and emigrated to America. When ever anything would happen in the neighbourhood, he would compose a song on it. So he did the same in America. He made a rhyme about a day that he enjoyed in Celtic Park in America.Celtic ParkThat day, I threw my cares aside,
and joined the rustic throng.
And on my way to Celtic Park
went merrily along.
With fond companions of the past,
it looked like days of yore.
When we spent happy hours among
the vales of Beaghmore.
