    him home. When he got the priest seated in the trap, he gave the horse the whip, and did not pull up till he reached the town of Shercock about 12 or 14 miles away. He then ordered the Priest out of the trap, turned his horse and drove back home leave the Priest to get back home as best he could in the middle of the night.
